Data we use in our business
When we make sales to customers we collect name an address details as well as phone numbers and sometimes email addresses and other contact information.
We do not sell or distribute these to third parties and specifically just use these for management of your orders with us.
Collecting this information is not a requirement of sale and you can purchase off us face-to face without giving any details across.
If you wish data we have on you to be removed from our systems please contact us and we will do so immediately.
We store all credit and debit card information under the provisions of the PCI-DSS rules, any card data is not stored in full on any computer systems.
We operate a CCTV system for our staff and customer security. Data is regularly deleted from this system when security incidents have not occurred.
